70th and University Studios
1976KCBC operated from studios at their transmitter site near pleasant hill for most of it's years, but in 1976, they moved the studios to 70th and University Avenues in Windsor Heights. Here are a few pictures from those studios.
A couple of the pictures are a little blurry, buy one can still get a feel for the setup.
KCBC was owned by Blackhawk broadcasting at that time and was probably running a middle of the road music format, just prior to launching KC-14, a progressive rock format.
