Jack Shelley passed away Tuesday night September 14th, 2010 at the age of 98. Jack was both on WHO radio and in the early years of WHO-TV until 1965, when he joined the staff of ISU and became a professor in 1969. Jack was considered one of the top newscasters nationally and co-founded the Radio-Television News Directors Association. Des Moines Register article from September 15, 2010.
